The East Cobb Branch holds Youth Tutoring program every Saturday during school days and the summer, giving kids in the Cobb area an opportunity to receive help with their studies on reading, math, science, etc. Usually, each subject will take about 30 minutes. The program gives students a comfortable environment to ask for help in academics. The interaction between tutors and students also makes learning more enjoyable.
This time, the tutors taught five elementary school students and one middle school student. The tutor worked on a variety of subjects with the students such as math, reading and English.
