On Friday, May 24th, 2019, Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) members went to Highland Park to help plan a Tibetan Dance and Musical Performance scheduled for June 8th at Wheaton Arts and Culture Center.

Between 7:00 pm and 10:00 pm, GPA members Kevin Liu and Cassie Tammy Wang dressed up beautiful Tibetan clothes, and joined more than 30 adult dancers for the first group rehearsal. The traditional Tibetan wedding the actors put together for the show includes the following six parts: (1) Crying before Getting Married; (2) Presenting Hada to Bride and Groom; (3)  Kangding Love Song; (4) Tibetan Clothes Show; (5) A Folk Dance: Ko Chuang; and (6) Getting Married.

All actors are to group together again on the evening of June 6th to do another rehearsal to get well prepared for the “Culture Promotion” related performance on June 8th.
