On March 9th, AYLUS members helped at their local senior center. Half of the volunteers started by preparing a fruit bowl with fruits and yogurts. The other half participated in doing chair yoga. After the exercise was done, the snack was brought out along with water. Then, to the surprise of the volunteers and residents, a local church choir came over with a clarinet player and little music handbooks for all the residents. They encouraged them to sing along with them to their songs. Volunteers helped the residents flip to the pages and sang along to the clarinet. Finally, after the choir had left, the volunteers wheeled all the residents to lunch.

On March 9th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members played piano for seniors.
Members signed in at the front desk before saying hello to some seniors on their way to the library. Some staff members also popped in to help members move the couches before they played. Members saw some familiar returning faces as well as 2 new ones. They started with requests from the previous week before playing light jazz and ended by taking more requests, which the seniors enjoyed very much. Members went to help close the ice cream parlor before signing out.
