Greater Princeton AYLUS Amber Yu Entered “Stadia Board Society”, the Fifth of Volunteer Recognition Categories from the United States Geological Survey on April 4, 2019

Greater Princeton AYLUS (GPA) members were encouraged to register with the United States Geological Survey (USGS) and become official volunteers for the USGS National Map Corps (TNMCorps, https://edits.nationalmap.gov/tnmcorps/).

TNMCorps is a community of volunteers who review and confirm the data of the structures that are going into The National Map, including the U.S., Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.  

On April 4th, 2019, GPA volunteer Amber Yu entered the “Stadia Board Society”, the fifth of volunteer recognition categories from the United States Geological Survey (500-999). USGS sent Amber a recognition letter regarding her great volunteer service (see below for the letter).

Congratulations, Amber Yu! By April 22nd, the additional points that Amber has edited accumulated 7.5 hours into her community service time.
