On October 1st, 2024, the AYLUS Auburn Branch volunteered for Fall 2024 Dream Court Adaptive Tennis Clinics. Dream Court Inc. is a non-profit organization that provides an adaptive tennis program for individuals with physical, developmental, and/or intellectual disabilities, striving for inclusion and acceptance. The Dream Court program in the Auburn community is ongoing at Yarbrough Tennis Center during Spring and Fall seasons. Volunteers help setup and teach special needs kids how to play tennis. We really enjoyed our time with new friends on the court.
Our members who participated in this activity are Annie Bao (1.5 hours), Will Bao (1.5 hours), Victoria Choo (1.75 hours), and and Hannah Kwon-Larson (1.5 hours).
