From late November 2023, to January 9th 2024, AYLUS Pearland surveyed AYLUS members to gauge feedback and overall volunteering experience. Volunteers completed the survey honestly and wrote one or two short essays describing how volunteering has impacted their mental health and/or other aspects. The collected survey results and the essays were analyzed by AYLUS Pearland board to improve future events. In addition, selected essays were also submitted to LSA for their annual project report.
