On July 3rd, AYLUS volunteers gathered at Independence Park to help arrange and adorn the area for the upcoming “Celebration of Freedom” event at Independence Park. Volunteers assisted in setting up barricades around the park, creating a general guideline for the event parameters. They also displayed buntings and banners for extra festivity. After taking a quick break, volunteers began to organize foldable fans to distribute during the upcoming event. Along with the Pearland Parks and Recreation team, AYLUS volunteers worked diligently to help set up at Independence Park from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM.
