On May 21, Angela Hu, Erika Yu, and Prince Hu from AYLUS Edison Branch went to Minnie Veal Community Center to pick up trash. This community center has a large recreation area including kids’ playground, basketball playground, soccer playground, resting pavilion and a nice big park. Many people come here to take all kinds of activities but at the same time leave a lot of trash on the ground. The members picked up plastic bottles, masks, cans, plastic bags and more. We cleaned up the community, helped the neighborhood, and each member realized the importance of protecting the environment.
