Starting in late May, the Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) called its branch leadership members for a mid-term performance review by June 1st, 2022.
All leaders submitted a full page of summary to AYLUS Director Dr. Wang, Yi by June 1st. They listed what they had achieved in the first half term, and what they would do in the next half to help AYLUS better develop in NJ.
For those who have performed better than expected, AYLUS would promote their positions or offer recognition. For those who have not met the minimal expectations, however, performance correction plans were offered with a follow up review.
