On June 4th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members helped their local food bank.
Members signed in on the computers before starting by sorting produce. 3 carts full of produce came in needing to be sorted, so members worked together to finish it. Most were blueberries and tons of lemons. Then, a bunch of boxes full of peppers came in, so members started to sort those as well. After they finished, they worked on helping make food boxes and veggie/fruit bags for clients. When cleaning up, members wiped down tables and mopped floors to make sure the food bank was clean and ready for the next day.
