#Hometown Sammamish Youth Action Project
On May 17, 2025, AYLUS Lake Washington Branch members Eric Huang, Jerry Yang, Elissa Song, Emily Qi, Kevin Chen, Jiayi Zhu, and Wenjie Yan Join the City in hosting the Rig-a-Palooza event for the community. The event runs from 10:30 AM to 2:30 PM and offers a variety of fun activities and stations for kids. Attendees will have the opportunity to explore public service vehicles such as fire trucks, police cars, school buses, bulldozers, and more—making it a fun and educational experience.
Our members assisted with managing the bounce house stations, including supervision and cleanup. Each participant earned 4 volunteer hours through this event.
