Reported by Caien(Daisy) Chen :
On April 19th, 2025, Murrieta AYLUS members helped at the STAT horse sanctuary.
They started by wheeling wheelbarrows into each horse stall, carefully shoving manure into the bins and when they were full, dumping into the field a far while from the stalls. Then, after they had cleaned all stalls, they moved onto another stall on the far side of the farm that housed a llama, alpacas, a pig, and a sheep. Since many of the members had not ever met the rare animals before, they spent a while petting their fur. Then, they cleaned out the stall. making sure to get the manure behind. the rocks where the animals liked to settle. Then, they moved onto more horse stalls where all dung was disposed.
