San Diego Branch Hosted the Solution for Hope Online Tutoring Class on November 11 – November 17, 2024

Coop with Libraries With Love, the AYLUS San Diego Committee kicked off the 2024-2025 Solution for Hope on-line classes for raising funds to build libraries in Africa. The Tutoring Class Activity continued in the week of November 11, 2024 – November 17, 2024.

Through this activity, AYLUS volunteers were able to teach 11 students a wide array of topics and led them through many different discussions, each one tailored to suit the student’s individual needs. Each class is a one-on-one private lesson, with volunteers specifically matched with students.

Colin Xie taught 1 on 1 Math for 2 hours on November 11, 2024.

Eric Xie taught 1 on 1 Math for 2 hours on November 16, 2024.

Evan Martinez taught 1 on 1 Python for 2 hours on November 17, 2024.

Feilian Zhang taught 1 on 1 History for 2 hours on November 16, 2024.

Jessica Chen taught 1 on 1 Math for 2 hours on November 16, 2024.

Abhiram Chalamalasetty taught 1 on 1 Python for 2 hours on November 13, 2024.

Jintong taught 1 on 1 Math for 2 hours on November 15, 2024.

Jina Sun taught 1 on 1 Math for 2 hours on November 17, 2024.

Sofie Duan taught 1 on 1 English for 2 hours on November 17, 2024.
