On February 10th, the AYLUS Auburn Branch enthusiastically volunteered at the local community Lunar New Year Party. Many parents, accompanied by their children, joyously joined in the festivities celebrating the Year of the Dragon. The children were thrilled by our offerings of cotton candy and face painting, and they relished the opportunity to create their own balloon sculptures. It was a delightful and rewarding experience, as we shared the richness of Chinese holiday traditions and culture with our community friends.
Our members who participated in this activity are Annie Bao (2 hours), Will Bao (2 hours), and Jovi Fend (2 hours).
