On January 20, 2024, the AYLUS Pearland Branch dedicated their afternoon to a meaningful cause, organizing a bucket drumming session with local special needs children. The youth volunteers engaged in collaborative practice sessions, focusing on preparing for the upcoming lunar new year gala scheduled for February 10. The volunteers, alongside the special needs kids, played the cheerful tune “Happy” in various groups, incorporating creatively designed movements that expressed the vibrant spirit of the music while drumming. This initiative not only fostered musical skills but also promoted inclusivity and shared joy among the participants.
