On November 11th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, the Queens Branch volunteers joined NYC Parks at Astoria Park. We spent the morning cleaning up the park by raking leaves and filling up many bags. When we ran out of bags, we went to get more from the park’s storage room. By the end of the day, we had filled up a whole dumpster truck with leaves.
