Our TweeTea Boba shop received a special order for 22 egg tarts from a local business. The order needed to be ready by 6:30 PM on October 6th, 2023. We acted fast and purchased the material needed for the order including heavy whipping cream, vanilla extract, egg tart shells, milk, and eggs. We gathered together on the afternoon of October 6th, 2023 and started mixing and baking the egg tarts. We had a new member Karen Li joining us this time. Both Melody and Karen were able to learn and practice making egg tarts. Vicky did a fantastic job of teaching the group how to make the egg tarts. Our customer enjoyed the delicious egg tarts and left a thank you note on our AYLUS TweeTea Boba Shop social media.
