Throughout the months of August and September, AYLUS volunteers embarked on Project Mum, a creative initiative aimed at crafting Homecoming Mums for sale in September and October. The central objective of this project was to raise funds to support various clubs at Dawson High School. The process of crafting these Homecoming Mums was both enjoyable and collaborative, fostering camaraderie among our dedicated volunteers.
The creation of these Homecoming Mums was not only a productive endeavor but also a highly enjoyable one. Volunteers came together, bringing their unique artistic talents and creativity to the table, resulting in vibrant and beautifully designed mums. Notably, we are pleased to announce that a total of three Homecoming Mums and Garters were successfully sold, highlighting the diligence and commitment of our volunteers. This achievement not only provided essential financial support to Dawson High School clubs but also exemplified AYLUS’s unwavering dedication to community service and the development of young leaders.
