On Sunday, August 27th, 2023, from 1-3 PM, AYLUS Twin Cities volunteered at Hopkins Library in Hopkins, MN as tech support helpers. Some of the highlights were helping a client who accidentally created a Gmail and wanted to delete it on the library computers and helping a client who wanted to make several different kinds of copies using the copy machine. It was such a great experience using skills we’ve taken for granted to help others who aren’t as familiar with the world of technology. Helping people has also strengthened our connections both with the Hopkins staff and the local visitors to the library, and we’re happy to continue providing our help to those in need.
