On August 27, 2023, Ohio Chinese Academy School opened back up for the first time since the pandemic. AYLUS volunteers were able to help move tables and chairs for the students during lunch time. The volunteers also handed out pizza and other foods during this time. In addition, the volunteers gave out the directions for classrooms and patrolled the hallways for noise. Their hard work and dedication was recognized by the Chinese School teachers. These two volunteers were alumni of the Chinese language school and they felt great to be able to come back as volunteers to help.
