On Friday, July 28th, AYLUS volunteers coached tennis as part of their continued summer tennis lessons for fundraising.
To start the lesson, the students were guided through a quick warmup before dividing into beginner and intermediate groups. Alex, Dayou, and Noah led beginners while William and Caroline coached intermediates. Overall, the students practiced basic groundstroke techniques, and the intermediate group practiced rallying mini court with the coaches. To wrap up class, students played King of the Court and cooled down with some stretches.
