On Saturday, July 29th, eight AYLUS Chapel Hill members gathered to clean up as much trash as they could along Dry Creek Trail and the nearby high school. We had at least three full bags of trash after an hour and a half of continuously walking, which we made sure to properly dispose of before leaving the school. We hope that our efforts to clean up the path will motivate others to do the same and protect the trail and our environment, allowing it to remain clean for everyone. Our members will continue to work hard at keeping trash out of places it shouldn’t be and anticipate our next visit to this trail!
