On June 16th, Pearland volunteers gathered at the West Pearland Library to make blankets for kids with cancer. Guided by college students Matthew and Anne, the volunteers divided into groups, selected yarn colors, and crocheted. Six blankets were made and will be delivered to the Texas Medical Center. After the class, volunteers cleaned up the classroom, leaving it tidy and orderly.
