On June 17th, members of AYLUS volunteered with Sleep in Heavenly Peace to build beds for children in our local community. Volunteers sanded wood planks, built headboards and dipped the frames into a mixture as a final product to ready the beds for delivery and assembly in the homes of Buffalo residents who struggle with poverty and whose children don’t have a bed to ensure that no child sleeps on the floor in our city.
