On June 12, 2023, volunteers coached tennis at Dawson High School courts as part of their continued
summer fundraising program.
Coaches began training on the track for an hour, where 10 students aged 5-13 stretched and
participated in fitness activities. Afterwards, they were moved onto available courts to practice tennis
for another hour. Drills included hitting practices, point-play, and footwork exercises. Zide had to leave
early, while Derek and Yangyang coached the full session. Afterward, Derek maintained the court prior
to leaving.
