On Sunday June 11, 2023, Murrieta AYLUS members conducted a park cleanup at Meadows Park. They began with some work in the parking lot, and some light cleanup around the outskirts. They split into pairs, one on each side of the park. They found many candy wrappers, and some glass residue that needed cleaning due to its hazardous properties. They found many residual paper and tissues littered across the park, as well as loose plastic pieces. During another round across the parking lot, they even found a lighter. They took pride in the hard work, and look forward to returning.
