On July 23 2026, Murrieta members continued volunteering at the CMOH Food Bank.
Community Mission of Hope (CMOH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving underserved individuals and families by providing food, resources, and support programs. Through initiatives like their food bank, CMOH helps address food insecurity and brings the community together to support those in need.
Members were assigned to receive the food donation upon their arrival. They checked with the pick-up driver where are the donated items from before unloading them.The food items were then loaded onto carts, brought inside for weighing, and the quantities were recorded according to it’s category, such as produce, meat, dairy, dry food etc., then members stored the donated food in the designated storage areas according to each category
Another group members helped at the produce area to pack the vegetable bags so the box preparation team can easily add it to the distribution box.
