On Sunday May 14, Murrieta AYLUS members made and distributed Mother’s Day cards for seniors. As May approached, everyone found themselves wishing to spread joy. They decided the best method to do so would be to send Mother’s Day cards and brighten elderly mothers’ days. They employed fun colors through pens and colored pencils, and searched for fun uplifting metaphors and jokes. They found the activity was greatly enjoyable, and eagerly awaited the day to deliver the cards. When the day arrived, they distributed the messages to eager and ecstatic hands, and found great enjoyment in the day.
