On May 20th, 2023, Pearland branch volunteers helped manage the LSA(Light and Salt association) Health Fair event at the Chinese Bible Church. Volunteers were assigned three roles: registration, blood sample centrifugation, and doctor’s assistant. At the registration, volunteers helped people sign in for the event. At blood sample centrifugation, trained volunteers drew blood for preparation of centrifugation. Finally, volunteers assigned as doctor’s assistants help people fill out sheets for the hepatitis testing. The dedication and efforts of the Aylus volunteers greatly contributed to the success of the LSA Health Event.
