As a non-profit organization focused on providing volunteer services to local communities
and developing the leadership roles of young students, AYLUS Pearland must maintain
regular operations and expand its impact on communities. To achieve this, AYLUS
Pearland's youth leaders are responsible for performing various housekeeping tasks,
including collecting and updating membership information, updating the organization's
website, creating and utilizing social media to connect with local organizations and
volunteers, and generating and tracking waiver information for volunteers. Below are their
detailed responsibilities:
Matthew Niu: Collect and update membership information, and upload it to the AYLUS
Pearland website.
Jonathan Niu: Maintain the AYLUS Pearland website and update it regularly with new
information.
Tina Dong: Create social media groups and utilize social media platforms to connect with
local communities, as well as send out notifications about upcoming events.
Derek Zhu: Keep track of waiver form information for volunteers who participate in AYLUS
events, and ensure that it is up to date.
