In Feburary, AYLUS students went to a seniors home to help with intravenous infusion nutrition. Each time flushes and cleans the senior’s IV lines, adds nutrients to the TPN (Total Parenteral Nutrition) bag, and reattaches the TPN back to the IV lines to run throughout the day. Because the seniors eyesight has degraded so much, he cannot perform the action himself so Sean does it for him. This process takes about 1 hour each visit. Also, Grace, Anna and sean brought food to visit a senior who broken her arm. they spent time to talk with this senior and brought care for her.
