In February 2023, members Shannon Guo, Willow Hsu, and others went back to the highways they cleaned up last month. With volunteers from Keep Coyote Creek Beautiful again, they discovered the previously cleaned area was piled with trash once before. Instead of concrete and trash, there were piles of pipes and other miscellaneous trash. The leaders speculated that that specific area was a designated dumping spot for the unhoused. Once again, there were 3-4 trash tents that took quite a bit of digging to remove the trash. This time the members also began cleaning up trash along the creek and in the forestry.
