On February 12, volunteers met up at the CCCFC church to promote the Libraries with Love program. The program collects books to create libraries in economically underdeveloped nations in Africa. 1000 books may be used to build one small library for children and adults to appreciate. The goal of 3000 books was recently met by the organization. A more ambitious 5000 books collected is the next milestone for the group.

To donate to the Libraries with Love organization, email aylusfriscoplano@gmail.com or visit the website at https://librarieswithlove.org for more information. A drop-off bin is available in the CCCFC church at 4500 McDermott Rd, Plano, TX 75024. The recommended reading level for donated books is Kindergarten to 8th Grade. Both fiction and nonfiction are accepted. All donations are greatly appreciated.

The members advertised for donations at the main entrance of the church, speaking to potential donors. Many promised to donate their used books to help the cause. All volunteers went to promote the project at different shifts
