Nearly 100 AYLUS members across the country participated in the AYLUS National Essay Contest by sharing their experience while volunteering with AYLUS. The deadline was November 30th, 2022.
AYLUS National Honorary President Cassie Wang, Advisors, English teachers and counselors with 20+ years/ experience had the essays reviewed together and chose the finalists.
AYLUS made award certificates for all winners. First, Second, and Third Places also received cash awards ($200 for the First Place Winners, $50 for the Second Place Winners, $25 for the Third Place Winners).
The Greater Princeton Branch of AYLUS (GPA) proudly sponsored this contest with awards of $1000. The AYLUS TIMES will publish the winning essays starting in January 2023.
