The AYLUS Twin Cities Branch went to the Saint Paul Union Depot Center to serve as volunteers for the food stands and service stands at the Taste of Asia Event on October 23, 2022. Together, a total of 19 AYLUS members attended the Taste of Asia Event to volunteer at the food and service stands for 4 hours, from 12 PM – 4 PM. At the event we helped at the vaccination stand, the food stands, face painting stand, and did check-ins for arriving guests. As a whole, we enjoyed helping other people who came to the stands to buy food as well as the vendors themselves. This was by far the largest event we have done so far, with over 10,000 people attending the event, and we were glad to see so much awareness and interest in Asian culture.
