On October 08, 2022, members of AYLUS RC Branch 2 participated in a monthly community cleaning activity at a local place of service. The location is frequented by many people in our community, including Chinese and other races.
Starting at 9:00 am, volunteers from all races worked together to clean the area. Our team was responsible for cleaning two rooms, which included sweeping the floors and wiping down tables. We also spent time cleaning up the yard, removing grass and fallen leaves, and taking out a large amount of garbage.
Despite the hard work, the two hours passed quickly, and we were proud of the clean and tidy space we had created. It was a great opportunity to work alongside others in our community and to give back by keeping our shared spaces clean and well-maintained.
We are grateful for the opportunity to serve our community and look forward to future opportunities to work together to make our neighborhoods cleaner and more beautiful for everyone.
