On August 21, 2022, AYLUS members, Rachel Zhu and Katie Lu volunteered at OCCS, a local Chinese language school. It was the first in-person school day after two years of online education. The AYLUS-Columbus volunteers helped with textbook distribution and registration.
The OCCS will provide volunteer hour certificates for the two volunteers. To avoid double-counting, no AYLUS volunteer hours will be recorded for the two volunteers. Their efforts and volunteerism, however, are still highly appreciated.
