Youth Chinese Kung Fu Training for Depression Preventionon on mar 5

According to the “Daily Mail”, researchers from Harvard Medical School released the results of an experiment in which depressed patients learned and practiced Chinese martial arts – Tai Chi. A surprising finding was found among those tested, their levels of depression and anxiety dropped significantly.
In the epidemic era, online classes and masks are used, social interaction is less, and teenagers are more or less depressed.
