On December 28th, 2021, AYLUS Scottsdale volunteered at the Gateway food distribution. In partnership with Gateway Mountain Park Health Center, AYLUS Scottsdale helped package food bags with poultry, veggies, fruits, bread, snacks, and drinks to help families in need. Due to the ongoing pandemic, many families are unable to afford the necessities, in this case: food. In addition, AYLUS members helped load food bags into the cars of these families. Members that participated are: Andrew Yang (5hrs), Bridget Chen (5hrs), Laura Wang (5hrs), Andrew Zhang (5hrs), Logan Zhao (5hrs), William Chu (5hrs), Shaw Hu (5hrs), and Harold Hu (5hrs).
