On October 24th, 3 East Cobb Branch of AYLUS members donated Halloween costumes to under-privileged kids.
These donations helped under-privileged kids enjoy Halloween, and not be left out. Halloween is a coveted holiday among children. Sometimes as kids, we often take for granted the ease of buying costumes. Because many kids each year tend to buy new ones, we thought that we could donate our old costumes rather then discarding them. Through this initiative, we were able to allow more kids to also celebrate Halloween and experience the fun that we have had trick-or-treating. This goes along with AYLUS’ mission, specifically promoting initiative in members’ communities.Reported by: Bryan Cao
