On Monday, August 30th, members of AYLUS Bridgewater helped harvest corn at Americas Grow-A-Row for the second time. Together with many other volunteers, we harvested a total of 11,000 pounds of corn, equaling around 45,000 servings. Americas Grow-A-Row will donate this corn to those who are suffering from food insecurity, especially due to the Covid-19 pandemic. From this experience, we learned that by working together with other members of the community, we can make a big difference and help those in need.
