Greater Princeton AYLUS Helps the Seniors at Wishing Well Adult Day Health Care (1st-2nd) in July 2021

Since July 21st, the Greater Princeton branch of AYLUS (GPA) started a new humanitarian care program with the Wishing Well Adult Day Health Care (3450 Princeton Pike #120, Lawrence Township, NJ 08648). GPA members have presented quite a few music performances for seniors at Wishing Well since 2019.

Because of the pandemic, seniors are not coming to the facility as usual. But they still need critical health care services and important nutritions daily, for example, fruits. So here AYLUS members are!

GPA members Leena Chang (7/21, 4 hrs; 7/22, 4 hrs) and Chang Hong (7/21, 4 hrs; 7/22, 4 hrs) volunteered to distribute fruits, including banana, orange, apple, peach, and more, among hundreds of bags for seniors. They also served on duty in the front office and made phone calls, either to reserve doctors’ appointments for seniors, or to have conversations with the seniors on the phone.
