On 6/21/21, the Manhasset ALYUS branch held the literature appreciation program solo as the Syosset branch was currently unavailable. As usual, the tutors were separated into breakout rooms, responsible for a group of students.
The tutors used the Ponddy Reader to access Journey to the West as well as used other tools such as videos on YouTube to allow students to gain a better understanding of the story and to clarify questions they may have.
The session lasted one hour and the following members volunteered: Loretta Liu (1hour) and Matthew Yang (1hour)
