On Saturday, June 12, 2021, from 8:00 to 11:00 AM (3 hours), the Phoenix Branch picked, at a different members backyard, 500 pounds of oranges. The volunteers packaged them into 10, 15, and 20 pound bags to be sold. The money raised by this event will be used for the August school supply drive.
The volunteers that participated in this event were Katherine Wei, Ethan Wei, Audrey Zhang, Marie Chen, Caleb Liu, Hannah Luo, Grace Yang, Danyan Mei, Emma Zhang, Jenny Dong, Kevin Chen, Leo Wang, Jason Chen, Davina Chen, Kaitlyn Ji, and Alex Ji for 3 volunteering hours.
