East Cobb Branch Makes School Yard Sign on the week of April,25 2021

On the week of April 25, 2021, Isabel Liu from the East Cobb Branch participated in the Johnson Ferry Church Move: ATL project and contributed one hour.

This purpose of this project was to serve the community and to make the best of these unprecedented times by spreading love and support towards East Cobb staff, specifically, the teachers. The volunteers wrote and decorated yard sign messages that were then placed in schools to give teachers an uplifting and encouraging message as they drove into school. This year has been especially challenging and straining, so we want to make sure that the staff of East Cobb know that they have our support and that everyone is rooting for them.

Isabel Liu contributed by making six yard signs for Mountain View Elementary School.

Participants:

4/28 David Kan, Wheeler HS (one hour)

4/29 Brian Kuang, Dickerson MS (one hour)

4/29 Isabel Liu, Mountain View Elementary (one hour)
