On January 2nd, members of the AYLUS Clarksville Branch facilitated and conducted an interview over Zoom with Mr. Berlett, who was a civilian Veteran for two years in 1967-1969. Mr. Berlett shared inspiring and encouraging stories about his civilian service, as well as messages that teenagers all around the country would do well to learn from.
The AYLUS Clarksville Branch then shared what they learned from Mr. Berlett on various social platforms, thus spreading Mr. Berlett’s message to students and empowering the mission statement of AYLUS and non-profit organizations everywhere.
