Sugar Land Branch Continues Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions (#49) January 20

On January 20, Sugar Land Branch continued the Stay Fit At Home Exercise Sessions. Instructors lead a warm to get ready with high knees, bridge ups, jumping jacks, crunches, and planks. For the first set, participants followed an ab set including ups and tricep dips. Next, they were introduced to starfishes and alternated starfish and other ab exercises such as pilates. To conclude, a cool down was led consisting of different types of lunges. The session lasted for 30 minutes.

Participating AYLUS members were Jialu Liu, Isabella Wu and Elliott Yeh
