On the chilly Saturday morning of December 26, 2020, AYLUS volunteers teamed up to pick up trash and clean the area at the Sports Complex at Shadow Creek Ranch. The volunteers arrived at 9:00 AM and worked until 10:30 AM. After a short rundown of the day’s activities, and a recap of the year’s largest projects and sponsors, the volunteers split into groups of 3 to 5 people to pick up trash at the park. Each volunteer worked diligently, as they filled multiple trash bags with items such as plastic, cans, Styrofoam, and bottles. After hours of hard work, the volunteers completed the task and
gave the park a shiny new look.
