Columbus branch prepares for and presents at the national AYLUS virtual seminar on November 28th, 2020.
On Saturday, November 28th, 2020, presidents of the Columbus AYLUS branch, Erica Shen and Angelika-Lili Susanto, gave a one-hour presentation introducing the history, volunteer events, and futures volunteer plans of the Columbus branch: They shared experience on how the branch expanded from the founding with eight members; They explained the types of group volunteer activities before and during the pandemic; They also highlighted the COVID-19 relief project the group conducted with the $1,000 COVID-19 fund they won from CAPA.
Before the seminar, the two presidents also worked with branch advisors and the national leadership team to prepare for the slide deck and presentation, which was very well received at the national virtual seminar, attended by members from many other AYLUS branches.
