During 2020 pandemic, so many families have been affected. Each Cobb Branch has organized food drive for Atlanta Community Food Bank. So many students have participated this activity. We received $405 cash donations which can buy 1620 lunches and 213 can food which weighs 198 lbs and can provide 165 lunches.
On November 25 over Thanksgiving Break, Cynthia, Nick, and Sean delivered food cans to Atlanta Community Food Bank. Over 200 cans were collected by the members to be delivered. The donations were enough to provide 98 meals for people on Thanksgiving. Helping the community is something AYLUS strives to do and something our East Cobb AYLUS branch will continue to do.
